- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Really bad experience. She not only messed up my federal taxes, but she messed up my state too! After I got the letter from Federal stating that I owed them money I emailed her and asked her to confirm if they were right. She stated in an email (documentation) that that if the mistake was hers she would pay me back my fee plus the interest. Needless to say, it was her error and when I followed up on her commitment to me, she was unresponsive. If you are going to be make bold statements, follow through is always important for customer service. What is even better is that I got a letter from the State staying that we missed something on theirs too! These are huge errors that should not have been missed. It cost me a good chunk of change to get out of the mess created by someone that didn't do quality work. I try to keep my business local, but I would not recommend going to her.
